How to have your data deleted

Write to legal@kaltix.dev from the address on the account, or from inside the account once you are signed in.

What happens

We confirm within 30 days and tell you what was removed. Conversations, contacts and consent records go. Billing records are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires — that is the one exception, and it is named here rather than buried.

If you messaged a business, not us

A business whose customers message it on WhatsApp is the controller of those customers' data. If you are one of those customers, write to the business you messaged: we hold it on their behalf and act on their instruction.
